Minimums - Vary based on travel, location and usage, but are always at least two hours. Time billed thereafter in ½ hour increments. Full Day Bookings - 8 consecutive hours inclusive of breaks. Overtime - Time in excess of 8 hour day (inclusive of breaks), before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. Overnight Bookings - Client provides food and lodging. Travel Time – ½ fee, travel arrangements charged to the agency and reimbursed by the client are subject to agency-handling fees. Mileage - Mileage is based on the current business IRS taxable rate. To view the current rate click here. Styling Time - Full fee. Weather permits - Available by advance request only. Same day cancellations are ½ fee. All other cancellations are subject to standard cancellation policy. Tentative Bookings - May be canceled at any time by either model or client at no charge. If client does not confirm a tentative booking, agency and model reserve the right to cancel. Cancellation - On confirmed (definite) bookings cancellations made within (5)-five working days of the beginning of the booking will be charged ½ fee. Canceled bookings within 48 hours will incur full fee. Client is responsible for all non-refundable expenses in full, i.e. flights, lodging, etc. Experimental, Spec Job, or Test Shooting - Models may not sign a photographic release and photographers may not use pictures unless specific arrangements have been made with the agency prior to the shoot. Agency-Handling Fee – A standard agency-handling fee of 20% on all talent fees applies. Rush Booking Fee - Inquiry or confirmation within 24 hours of booking will incur a 20% rush fee. Late Fees -A late fee or finance charge of 2% per month will be applied to all overdue invoices. |
