About Us

In order to give a complete history of Fusion Management Group, Ltd. we need to start from the beginning. Our history goes back to 1992 when the former owner, Debra Lewin, previously a partner of Promark Models & Promotions, founded her own production and talent company based out of Burlington, Vermont with an expansion to a second office in 1994 in Miami, Florida. Shortly after her move to Hollywood, California she closed the doors in Miami and was left with a satellite office in California and her main office in Burlington, Vermont

Fusion Management Group, Ltd. was formed January 1st, 2003 with new direction under Keith W. McManis. McManis knew what he needed to accomplish with this newly formed agency, starting with diverse marketing tactics for gaining new clients. McManis immediately established cost effective and time efficient approaches in handling Fusion's client's needs. This led to formulating and launching the company’s website linking Fusion's clients with top talent and submitting them for bookings via web-based emails. Fusion was also the first agency to go 100% GREEN by going all digital, in return not using the standard "composite cards".

Since its creation, Fusion Management Group, Ltd. has continued to develop further divisions to meet its client demand. Today Fusion has divisions in Modeling, Commercial Acting, Artists (hair, makeup, and wardrobe), Creative and who can forget fusion kids2kids.
